To create a network of empowered traditional and global leaders who implement creative community-based strategies that result in enhancing economic opportunities, strong neighborhoods and to ensure a dynamic framework for quality growth and development.

AGLOTLED is made up of traditional leaders, chiefs, queen mothers and outstanding individuals who are dedicated to developing, uplifting and transforming their communities for economic development as well as helping to transfer the rich African traditional and cultural heritage to the younger generation in the 21st century and beyond. AGLOTLED has two Chapters which are in Ghana and Côte d’Voire.

Nana Serwaa Bonsu II is a queen mother, businesswoman and counsellor.She is a secretary to Oti Regional Queen Mothers Association, Oti Paramount Queen Mothers Association and Kadjebi District Association of Queen Mothers. She believes in Women's empowerment and against Gender Violence. She was part of Action Aid’s Hope for the Future Generation Programme. She Loves to read and loves to give counsel to friends and peers.

He is an art tutor and freelance graphic designer. he is also a public speaker and author, having written four books and several pamphlets. He has organized several training sessions, which have helped him hone his public speaking and leadership skills. He loves to see children happy and help them unleash their creative talents.
